DESCRIPTION:About This Class\n\n\n\nClass Schedule\n\n\nThis class will be held on Thursday 5.30pm to 8.30pm.Each Stage comprises a three hour class per week over six weeks.\n\n\nWhat You Will Learn\n\n\nContinue to make silver jewellery in stages to develop basic jewellery making skills.\nStages 2\, students will make a silver Toggle Bracelet.\nStage 3\, students design and make a two sided hallow pierced pendant initially in brass and in silver if time allows.\n\n\nWhat You Get\n\n\nYour project jewellery\nMaterials and equipment are provided for apart from silver which can be purchased from the studio.\n\n\nDescription\nContinue to learn how to make silver jewellery.  \nEach Stage is a six week course with a three hour class per week. Each Stage costs $440 (including GST) and new skills are learned at each Stage.  \nThe projects for each stage are designed to progress skill development for basic jewellery making.   \nStage 2 students will consolidate the skills developed in stage 1 and will make a silver linked toggle bracelet.   \nStage 3 students will further advance their skills and make a domed pendant with twisted wire and advanced piercing (chain included). DESCRIPTION:About This Class\n\n\n\nClass Schedule\n\n\nThe “Introduction to Enamels and Enamelling with Jacquie Sprogoe “course will be held on two Sundays\, 30 April and 7 May from 9.30am to 4pm.\n\n\nWhat You Will Learn\n\n\nHow to prepare metals and enamels\nEnamelling techniques including Drydusting\, Sgraffito\, Cloisonne (wire cells and wet enamels)\, Stencils\, Liquid Enamel (if time permits) and Texturing under enamel.\nLearn how to produce a range of copper samples and apply the techniques learned to your own work.\n\n\nWhat You Get\n\n\nA range of samples to take home.\n\n\nDescription\nJacquie Sprogoe has taught enameling since the 1980’s and has exhibited her work with in Australia and Overseas for the past 30 years. \nShe is teaching the two day course on Sunday 30 April and Sunday 7 May. Each day starts at 9.30am and finishes at 4.30pm.  \nYou will learn about enamels and enameling techniques and produce a series of copper samples. The techniques learned can be applied to your own work.
